Grâce à Dailyn, les commerçants ont accès à des outils marketing et de fidélisation simples pour accroître leur visibilité, attirer de nouveaux clients et booster leur chiffre d'affaires. Nous sommes une start-up française engagée qui héberge ses données en Europe auprès de prestataires cloud respectueux de l’environnement. La vie privée de nos utilisateurs et la protection de leurs données personnelles sont des enjeux majeurs pour nous, tout comme la sécurité des données bancaires et paiements opérés dans l’application.

Dailyn compte une cinquantaine de collaborateurs dont une partie en 100% télétravail. Notre équipe recherche régulièrement de nouveaux talents pour booster sa croissance et participer à notre vie d’entreprise riche en partage !

Dans le cadre de notre forte croissance en France, nous recherchons un(e) Chief Sales Officer prêt(e) à structurer et piloter notre stratégie commerciale. Ton rôle ? Accompagner, challenger et faire décoller les performances de notre équipe commerciale, tout en étant sur le terrain pour rencontrer clients et partenaires stratégiques. Directement rattaché(e) au CEO et membre du COMEX, tu auras les missions suivantes :

  • Définir et mettre en œuvre une stratégie commerciale alignée sur les objectifs de l'entreprise, en tenant compte des spécificités du marché et de notre clientèle cible
  • Piloter et structurer l’équipe commerciale, en veillant à ce qu'elle dispose des ressources, de la formation et du soutien nécessaires pour atteindre les objectifs de vente
  • Développer de solides relations avec les clients clés et les partenaires commerciaux
  • Superviser l'ensemble du cycle de vente, de la génération de leads à la conclusion des contrats
  • Analyser les performances des ventes, identifier les opportunités de croissance et proposer des ajustements stratégiques lorsque cela est nécessaire
  • Collaborer avec les équipes internes, notamment le marketing et le produit, pour assurer une coordination efficace et une expérience client optimale
  • Participer activement au développement de nouvelles opportunités commerciales, en identifiant les marchés émergents, en établissant des partenariats stratégiques et en participant à des événements pertinents
  • Assurer un suivi régulier des indicateurs de performance clés et élaborer des rapports précis sur les ventes

LE PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

Plus de 10 ans d’expérience en tant que commercial(e) terrain B2B et en management d’équipe

Capacité à inspirer, fédérer faire grandir une équipe

Excellente maîtrise des techniques de vente, de négociation et de gestion de la relation client

Forte autonomie, gestion des priorités et excellent relationnel

Fibre commerciale affirmée, ambition de surpasser les objectifs fixés

Une rémunération attractive et un variable déplafonné
