We are currently seeking a Lead Dental Assistant to join our team and help guide our clinical operations.

As our Lead Dental Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the dentist, mentoring team members, and ensuring the efficiency of our back-office operations. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for an experienced assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take the next step in their career. Having front office experience is a plus.

We have 2 locations in Irvine and Orange. We are looking for someone who is able to travel to both offices but are open to discuss part time options if only 1 office works.
