Responsibilities
- Leads Salesforce initiatives with an emphasis on Salesforce Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and best practices for scalability and future growth
- Delivers complex end?to?end Salesforce CRM solutions, including Data Cloud?specific features / functionality, such as data harmonization, ingestion, and activation for segmentation and marketing automation
- Troubleshoots and resolves advanced user issues, especially related to Marketing Cloud Journeys, Audience Builder, and Data Cloud integrations
- Reviews and provides insights on quarterly releases, tests new functionalities, and suggests enhancements to Marketing Cloud campaigns and Data Cloud?driven insights
- Develops documentation, presentations, videos, and related content to support user adoption of Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud tools
- Guides business leaders and users in using Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud efficiently to maximize data?driven decision?making, customer engagement, and productivity
- Leads and participates in system implementation projects, including Marketing Cloud setup, segmentation strategy, and Data Cloud integration with external platforms
Data Cloud Responsibilities
Designs and implements Data Ingestion, Unification, and Identity Resolution using Data Cloud tools and best practicesCreates and manages Data Streams, Data Model Objects (DMOs), Calculated Insights, and SegmentsPartners with analytics and IT teams to onboard new data sources and ensure data quality, compliance, and governanceSupports real?time decision?making and activation use cases across marketing, sales, and service channelsDefines and maintains data mapping, transformation, and orchestration processes for unified customer profilesWorks with stakeholders to define KPIs and build data visualizations to measure impact of Data Cloud initiativesRequirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related disciplineSalesforce Advanced Administrator Certification is preferred2+ years of experience in a Senior Salesforce Administrator role, or 5+ years as a Salesforce AdministratorHands?on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud : data harmonization, ingestion, and activation for audience segmentation and campaign targetingExperience in implementing and migrating into new Salesforce deployments, including Marketing Cloud setup and Data Cloud configurationsStrong data analytical skills with experience in reporting, segmentation, and insights leveraging Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud AnalyticsProven expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud : Journey Builder, Email Studio, Audience Builder, and advanced segmentationStrong understanding of Salesforce platform customization, Marketing Cloud workflows, and Data Cloud integration capabilitiesExcellent troubleshooting skills and ability to support users effectively in leveraging Marketing Cloud Journeys and Data Cloud insightsStrong project management skills with experience in system implementation projects, particularly for Marketing Cloud campaign management and Data Cloud adoptionSuperior communication skills with business stakeholders and executives, translating Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud capabilities into actionable business strategiesSolid governance and technical documentation history, including Marketing Cloud architecture documentationAbility to stay current with Salesforce updates, specifically enhancements to Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud functionality, and provide strategic recommendationsPay and Benefits
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical / dental / vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
