The Advanced Medical Assistant (MA II) plays a critical role in enhancing patient care under the guidance of licensed practitioners. This position is designed for professionals who have mastered the essential clinical skills required to meet the needs of our patients efficiently. The MA II is an integral part of the healthcare team, responsible for performing various delegated tasks while adhering to established policies and protocols.

Required Qualifications :

• Completion of a program from an accredited medical assistant school with hands-on training, or
• Graduation from a registered medical assistant apprenticeship program, or
• Two years of medical training in the U.S. Armed Forces, or
• A minimum of one year of medical assistant experience encompassing vital signs, injections, and medication administration
• National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire
• Six months of healthcare experience
• Six months of Medical Assistant experience

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby / on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
