Job description

Location : Dallas, TX

Job Description : My client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join their team in Dallas. This role is perfect for someone with 7+ years of experience in land development, with at least 1-2 years as a Project Manager. Experience in single-family residential projects is preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage engineering projects from conception to completion.
  • Oversee project planning, design, and implementation.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

Qualifications :

  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • 8+ years of experience in land development.
  • Proven experience in single-family residential projects.
