We are a skilled nursing facility looking for a Full-Time Activity Assistant to join our team! You'll help lead engaging and safe group activities.

Schedule: 9am - 5pm with Rotating weekends

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assist in planning and organizing the monthly activity calendar
• Lead fun and engaging group activities for residents!
• Document participation of residents
• Assessment of new residents
• Contribute creative new ideas to keep residents active, engaged, and uplifted
• Support a positive, inclusive environment through meaningful interaction

• A fun and energetic personality!
• Creative thinker who loves to brainstorm new activities!
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team

Job Requirements:

• Driver License
• Social Security Card
• Level 1 Fingerprint Card
• TB Test (Can be done at facility)
