What You’ll Do

• Own Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze accurate, GAAP-compliant financial statements that guide business success.
• Lead Month-End Close: Take charge of month-end and year-end processes, ensuring smooth, timely, and precise reporting.
• Drive Process Excellence: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and strengthen internal controls for maximum efficiency.
• Be a Trusted Partner: Collaborate across departments and serve as a key contact for audits and financial inquiries.
• Mentor & Grow Talent: Share your knowledge and guide junior team members to build a strong, high-performing finance team.
• Deliver Insights: Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience: 4+ years in accounting with solid GAAP knowledge; public accounting experience is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Advanced Excel expertise and experience with enterprise-level systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Soft Skills: Strong communicator, detail-oriented, and able to juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment.
