Responsible To :                    Waterfront Manager

Positions Available :              Seasonal

General Responsibility – To ensure safety regarding all acquatic activities and to support the Waterfront Manager in this mission and Head Lifeguard in this mission. This role is excellent for the development of young adults ready and eager to take on real responsibility. We put PEOPLE FIRST as they work with our organization. You will LISTEN AND SERVE; with the goal of joining our community as a valued member. Effective communication with leaders and peers is a must in a close-quarters camp environment. Through our work together we will INSPIRE HOPE, leaving our people and community stronger. Programmatically this role is mission critical to providing campers with outstanding memorable experiences.

Essential Functions –

Live onsite during camp operations.

Key Responsibilities

ORGANIZATION

• Learn and understand all relevant Action Plans and Procedures for the waterfront
• Develop meaningful relationships in service and on behalf of camp.
• Bi-Weekly one-on-one with direct supervisor
