Responsibilities

• Interns will work with our Guest Services Ambassadors two to three days a week in a variety of positions at Worlds of Fun and Oceans of Fun.
• Guest Services Interns will communicate with park patrons through a variety of mediums including face-to-face conversations, incoming phone calls, and digitally through a client resource management system.
• Interns will be responsible for providing a prospectus and complete a term presentation on an approved topic of their choosing.
