Responsibilities

The Medical Director of Operations (MDO) embraces a focus on clinical operations. This position reports to the Vice President, Clinical Operations and will collaborate with the Vice President, Clinical Operations to ensure the clinical teams are delivering quality programs that achieve both Employers and the Health Ministrys clinical and operational objectives.

The MDO is not expected to staff a minimum number of OB Hospitalistshifts each month. The Physician may elect to staff shifts at the Practice Sites adn receive compensation at the rates identified for each Practice Site. The MDO will manage the OB Hospitalist program for Employer and Health Ministry across the Practice Sites. As the Program grows across the Health Ministry, the MDO will be responsible for the oversight and management of sites added to the Program.

Licensure / Certification / Registration :

Licensed Physician MD / DO credentialed from the Texas Medical Board.
