Effective use of Help Desk tracking and ticketing system(s)Effective verbal and written communicationMaintaining a professional relationship with all customers and clients in a very busy call center environmentProviding technical support by responding to and resolving end-user problemsInstallation and configuration of new workstations, peripheral equipment, and softwareHardware reimaging, set up and supportAssist with performing proper tracking and disposition of excess propertySupport installation of network cablesConfigure and maintain multiple classrooms / training areasCourse and account creation, maintenance for instructors and studentsDocumenting internal proceduresAssisting with the onboarding of new usersExperience Description
The selected applicant must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team in researching data and developing analytical techniques and methodologies.
One (1) year of Systems Administration and / or IT Support / Help Desk experience and DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 Certification (Security+ CE) is required to start. Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator Associate certificate (MD-100 & MD-101) must be acquired within the first 6 months of start.Benefits
