We are looking for a dedicated Test Center Administrator to join our team on a contract basis in Wichita, Kansas. In this role, you will handle a variety of clerical and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in an office environment.
Responsibilities :
- Greet visitors and provide assistance with inquiries in a courteous and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Manage document scanning and filing to maintain accurate and accessible records.
- Perform general clerical tasks, including data entry, scheduling, and other office support duties.
- Ensure the reception area and workspaces are organized and presentable.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently, including mail and emails.
- Assist with scheduling appointments or meetings as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Previous experience in receptionist or administrative roles is preferred.
- Proficiency in operating standard office equipment such as scanners, printers, and multi-line phone systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
