Customer Lifecycle Marketing Lead
Leads and develops customer lifecycle marketing strategies and programs to drive acquisition, onboarding, retention, and expansion.
Essential Job Duties / Responsibilities :
Select, lead, educate, develop and motivate a staff of employees
Develops and manages customer lifecycle marketing strategies to align with organizational objectives.
Provides strategic oversight of email marketing and automation campaign design and execution.
Maintains leadership of customer onboarding and retention initiatives to maximize customer lifetime value.
Establishes collaboration frameworks with Customer Success team on expansion and upsell program development.
Implements customer behavior analysis and lifecycle metrics tracking to inform strategy optimization.
Drives marketing technology stack management for lifecycle programs and automation workflows. Supports customer segmentation and personalization strategies to enhance customer experience and engagement.
Comply with all applicable laws / regulations, as well as company policies / procedures.
Performs other duties as required
