Loan Servicing Analyst

A large Financial company is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join the core servicing team as an Loan Servicing Analyst, supporting a Fannie Mae investor loan clean-up project. This role is responsible for servicing a portfolio of approximately 30,000 Fannie Mae loans, with a focus on investor reporting, account reconciliation, and loan-level research. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting acumen, experience with GSE systems, and a collaborative mindset to partner across departments to resolve complex servicing issues.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Perform daily servicing activities for Fannie Mae loans including payoffs, payments, contract changes, rate adjustments, and special loan handling.
• Conduct investor reporting and accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Fannie Mae guidelines.
• Reconcile investor accounts using GSE platforms (e.g., GSC), including schedule and reporting.
• Investigate and resolve loan-level discrepancies and outages in investor accounts.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as Finance, Accounting, and Technology to resolve servicing issues and ensure data integrity.
• Maintain detailed documentation and audit trails for all servicing and reconciliation activities.
• Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to team efficiency and accuracy.
• Additional Skills & Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience loan servicing in an analytical role
• Sagent loan servicing software experience
• Loan reconciliation
• Experience with accounting functions and excel reporting
• Proficient in Excel

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00 / hr.
