Now Hiring : Compounder – Fragrance Manufacturing

📍 Location : Elizabeth, NJ | 🕒 Schedule : Full-time / Direct Hire

Do you have a sharp nose for precision and a passion for fragrance creation? We are looking for a Lab Tech / Compounding Technician to join a fragrance manufacturing team and help bring signature scents to life. This is a hands-on role where you’ll blend creativity with technical skill, supporting every step of our production process from raw material prep to finished fragrance.

What You’ll Do

Blend and Create : Accurately weigh, measure, and mix raw materials and essential oils following formulas and batch sheets.
Operate Equipment : Work with mixing tanks, scales, pumps, and other production equipment while keeping everything clean and calibrated.
Stay Safe : Follow all company safety protocols, handle materials responsibly, and wear the required PPE.
Stay Organized : Maintain inventory of raw materials, report shortages, and ensure everything is labeled and stored properly.
Collaborate : Partner with quality control and production teams to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency across all fragrance batches.

What You Bring

2–5 years of hands-on experience in fragrance or flavor compounding.

Precision, patience, and a love for getting the details right.

The ability to follow written formulas and instructions carefully.

Strong organizational skills and comfort in a fast-paced production setting.

Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Bonus Points

You understand the “order of addition” and how it impacts final formulations.

You can identify fragrance notes and know how they work together.
