Opening Details :
- Schedule : Monday-Thursday, 7 : 30a-5 : 30p
- No call requirement
- Setting : Multispeciality clinic
- Patient Census : 12-14 per day
- Patient Population : Adults 18+
- Case Types : All aspects of primary care and chronic care management such as diabetes, hypertension, thyroid disorders, etc.
- Support Staff : Medical assistants
- EMR : Cerner
- Must be board-certified
