As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading technology and media location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting thorough patrols of the premises. What You'll Do : Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, engaging in emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the tech, media, and telecom location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity. Monitor entry and exit points and observe for any unusual behavior or unauthorized individuals. Document and report security-related incidents, hazards, and suspicious activities according to Allied Universal protocols. Collaborate with team members to support a secure and welcoming environment for clients, employees, and visitors. Assist in controlling access to restricted or sensitive areas as required by site policies. Minimum Requirements : At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. Access control and / or badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
