We are on the lookout for a driven sales professional for the role of Strategic Development Manager. This critical position focuses on securing new logo sales within the mid-market segment.

If you're a successful sales expert in the HRMS / Payroll field and have been observing our growth, you know openings in our sales team are rare. Core Responsibilities :

  • Surpass sales quotas consistently.
  • Demonstrate a successful track record selling HRMS / Payroll solutions to complex organizations.
  • Operate primarily as a New Logo Representative (Hunter) and consistently achieve sales targets. Develop an in-depth understanding of our solutions to address customer challenges and assist them in reaching their business objectives.
  • Engage with decision-makers and end users, presenting HCM products within your assigned territory.
  • Identify sales opportunities and formulate sales and marketing proposals aligned with prospective customers' needs for HCM and Payroll solutions.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the HCM / SaaS industry, including competitors and market trends.
  • Exhibit excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
  • Stay informed on product capabilities, integrating technical advancements into user presentations.
  • Stay orderly and organized in your approach.
  • Possess diverse prospecting strategies.
  • Basic Qualifications :

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of proven success in selling HCM / Payroll solutions.
  • Travel Requirement :
  • 30-40%
