Maple Grove Lodge, 90- bed Skilled Nursing Facility, has a position available for :

Full-time or Part-time

Day shift CNA - twelve (12) hour shifts with competitive pay scale and shift differentials.

Midnight shift CNA- twelve (12) hour shifts with competitive pay scale and shift differentials.
