Key Responsibilities Assist agents, insureds, and mortgage companies with inquiries related to billing, claims, and policy issuance Process underwriting tasks including non-money endorsements, claim FNOL, and policy cancellations while adhering to FEMA guidelines Provide training and support to the customer service team on underwriting processes and enhance customer service standards Required Qualifications High School diploma preferred 2+ years of customer service or phone experience preferred 2+ years of underwriting experience strongly preferred Strong leadership skills Good understanding of underwriting criteria
