Focus on streamlining and maintaining efficient and effective office processes and proceduresPlan and execute internal and external meetings, including Board Meetings and Vendor Events which includes set up, break down, coordinating logistics and cateringPrepare documents using MS Office : Word, Excel and PowerPointStock pantry and other office areasAnswer phones, transfer calls, take meticulous messagesProfessionally handle confidential and sensitive informationRespond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person with an exemplary customer service mentalityWork on ad-hoc projects as requestedQualifications
