We are looking for Treasury Coordinator to join our team at Bobcat.
As a Treasury Coordinator at Bobcat, you'll play a vital role in managing our financial operations across the EMEA region. Are you passionate about cash management, payment processes, and treasury administration? We're looking for someone who :
- Payment Processing - Input approved payments in the online banking portal (FX settlement, intercompany, suppliers, etc.).
- Expense Management - Assist Treasury Manager with issuance of corporate credit cards and expense management for EMEA employees.
- General Administration - Resolve general queries from Bobcat entities, departments, and relationship banks. Handle general administration and filing tasks.
- Cash Management - Consolidate daily cash movements into daily cash management report for review and dissemination by Treasury Manager. Input daily cash information and monitor inputs by other Bobcat entities in the Coupa Treasury Management System.
- Letter of credit and bank guarantee management - Work with other members of the Treasury LC team and other stakeholders to manage the end-to-end Letter of Credit process ie. from initial draft to receipt of payment.
What sets you apart :
Experience +2 years in field.Cash management experience, experience interacting with Accounts.Knowledge of payment types - ACH, SEPA, Wire.Good knowledge of settlements, confirmations and recinciliations.Excellent computer skills (Excel is a must).Excellent written and verbal communacation skills.Strong organizational, critical thinking, and costumer service skills.What you get in return :
