Your day to day : Execute the U.S.-focused food and beverage procurement category strategy aligned with IHG's "Operate" framework, optimizing processes and supplier performance, and collaborating with teams in Canada and Latin America to support broader Americas goals. Manage supplier contracts, including administration, compliance monitoring, and renewal processes, ensuring alignment with procurement policies and business objectives. Lead day-to-day sourcing activities, including supporting RFP processes, supplier negotiations, and contract management to drive cost savings, value, and supply continuity. Develop and maintain strong supplier relationship management practices, including monitoring KPIs, conducting business reviews, and ensuring adherence to responsible and sustainable sourcing standards. Analyze spend data and market trends to identify opportunities for cost optimization, risk mitigation, and category performance improvement, providing actionable insights to senior procurement leadership. Collaborate closely with Brand, Operations, and other internal stakeholders to support F&B innovation initiatives and maintain product quality. Coach, mentor, and support the development of team members and direct reports, fostering a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing work environment. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement team, supporting timely delivery of projects and contracts. Manage a complex supplier base and category spend, ensuring effective demand management and supplier engagement. Provide commercial insight and guidance to internal and external stakeholders to align procurement activities with business needs.

What We Need From You : Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in procurement, supply chain, business, or related field. Progressive procurement and sourcing experience within food and beverage, hospitality, or franchised environments. Proven experience managing supplier contracts and complex supplier relationships. Familiarity with Group Purchasing Organization (GPO), foodservice distributor, and manufacturer agreements. Strong organizational, project management, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Solid understanding of F&B cost drivers, supplier markets, and category trends in the U.S. Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills, capable of collaborating across teams and preparing clear reports and presentations. Proficiency with procurement tools, analytics platforms, or digital sourcing solutions preferred. Awareness of supplier diversity, sustainability, and responsible sourcing principles is a plus. Demonstrated ability to coach and develop team members, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.

Travel : Up to 15%, subject to business needs.

Location : Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in the Atlanta office. This expectation may be adjusted to volved with the changing needs of the business.

The salary of this role is $58,844 to $120,000. This role is also eligible for bonus pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical / dental / vision insurance, 401K and other benefits to employees.
