Overview

Intuit is on the lookout for highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as TurboTax Live Seasonal Local Service Associates at our new TurboTax locations across the United States. This seasonal role combines tax expertise, entrepreneurial spirit, and community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs. About the Role

In this exciting position, you will :

  • Work on-site at a TurboTax location, assisting customers both in-person and virtually.
  • Leverage your tax expertise to provide comprehensive tax return preparation, advice, and support.
  • Connect with customers on a personal level, alleviating their tax-related stress.
  • Grow TurboTax’s client base within the local community and establish long-term relationships.

This role is nonexempt and requires an on-site presence at a TurboTax location in the United States on a seasonal basis.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide Tax Expertise : Offer hands-on tax advice and preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling a range of tax situations.
  • Be a Proactive Community Ambassador : Cultivate a robust customer base by engaging with new prospects and nurturing leads.
  • Educate and Communicate Confidently : Represent TurboTax in your community, hosting learning events and making taxes accessible.
  • Build Relationships : Connect with clients to establish trust and turn one-time transactions into lasting relationships.
  • Deliver a Best-in-Class Customer Experience : Create exceptional experiences that help clients achieve their financial goals.

    • Who You Are

  • Hold an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
  • Have at least 2 years of experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per season.
  • Familiarity with Circular 230 is a plus.
  • Willing to work a static weekly schedule with a minimum of 24 hours per week.
  • Interested in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Associate.
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) communication skills are a plus.

  • Must reside within the United States.
  • Must possess or be able to obtain any related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.

    • Compensation

    Intuit offers a competitive compensation package with a strong pay-for-performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position varies by location :

  • Bay Area California : $23.70 - $28.00
  • Southern California : $23.70 - $28.00
  • Colorado : $22.60 - $26.70
  • Hawaii : $23.70 - $28.00
  • Illinois : $22.60 - $26.70
  • Maryland : $22.60 - $26.70
  • Massachusetts : $23.70 - $28.00
  • Minnesota : $20.20 - $23.90
  • New Jersey : $23.70 - $28.00
  • New York : $23.70 - $28.00
  • Ohio : $20.20 - $23.90
  • Vermont : $22.60 - $26.70
  • Washington : $23.70 - $28.00
  • Washington DC : $22.60 - $26.70
