Lead Speech Language Pathologist- CCC

Our center is looking for a Lead Speech Language Pathologist who lead the Speech and Language Department. The successful candidate will regularly work with a team of professionals to develop intervention plans and utilize a variety of techniques in order to treat clients with various communication disorders. Our Speech Language Pathologist will work with clients of all ages in both group and individual settings.

Responsibilities :

• Understand the goals of the speech therapy program.
• Communicate clearly with parents and interdisciplinary team about the evaluation of the child's speech, language, and swallowing abilities.
• Conduct productive clinical sessions with patients.
• Be able to define speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Know when and how to refer patients for other services.
• Be knowledgeable about community resources for patients and families.
• Supervise SLPAs
• Conduct evaluations
• Qualifications
• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)
• Massachusetts SLP License
• (active and in good standing)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• required
• Pediatric experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Job Types : Contract, PRN, Per diem

Pay : $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
