The Analyst for TKO Global Analytics & Insights will turn data into decisions across UFC, WWE, PBR, IMG, and On Location. Reporting to the Vice President of Global Analytics & Insights, this role serves stakeholders across the company-Sponsorships, Revenue Strategy, Content, Marketing, Live Events, Distribution, International, and Consumer Products-building a cross-company view of what drives audience, engagement, and revenue. You will ideate and help execute company self-service analytics dashboards that put trusted KPIs in the hands of teams across TKO.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze performance of programs, live events, and talent across linear, streaming, digital, and social platforms.
• Translate complex findings into clear, executive-ready narratives and recommendations.
• Support Global Sponsorships and Revenue Strategy with opportunity sizing, valuation, and metrics that help win and grow brand partnerships.
• Design, build, and maintain self-service dashboards and scorecards to standardize KPIs and accelerate decision-making across TKO.
• Develop audience and market segmentations to identify growth opportunities and inform go-to-market.
• Provide social listening and measurement to capture conversation, sentiment, and campaign impact.
• Execute ad-hoc deep dives with speed and accuracy, and proactively surface insights that move the business.
• Lean in to support GA&I teammates on priority initiatives as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. WWE strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which includes, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum :

$60,000 annually

Hiring Range Maximum :

$75,000 annually
