Candidate Requirements

• Active IN State License or IMLC.
• Board Status : Board Certified or Board Eligible.
• Minimum Years Experience (if applicable) : More than 2 years
• Flu vaccination : Required or Need Medical or religious exemption.
• Covid vaccination : Required or Need Medical or religious exemption.
• Certifications : ACLS-AHA issued, BLS-AHA issued.
• GI Physician will be responsible for placing orders that they will be recommending.
• Order entry is expected to be completed by locum provider.
• Average Surgeries per Day : 20 including outpatient scoping
• The 20 surgeries per day is an approximate. None of them are OP Scopes. It is all inpatient.
• How many inpatient scopes are scheduled on an average per day - max 5. None are Outpatient
• For inpatient cases a provider has anesthesia support? Any inpatient request for anesthesia will fall into when an anesthesiologist is available, just like any add on surgery case.

Monday March 30 7AM Monday April 6 7AM

Mon- Fri -The provider will be paid 8 hrs Regular and then Night Call (with 0 gratis).

Sat-Sun- The provider will be on a 24 hr call
