Job description

We are looking for a web designer to create visually stunning, high-converting websites that help small businesses stand out. From wireframes to final designs, you'll play a key role in shaping the look and feel of our digital experiences. You'll join our Development team based in Charlotte, North Carolina.

About the role

  • Design high-converting, visually engaging websites for small businesses.
  • Work closely with the development team to bring designs to life.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas.
  • Ensure consistency in branding, typography, and layouts across projects.
  • Optimize designs for responsiveness, accessibility, and performance.
  • Stay up to date on design trends and best practices to continuously improve our approach.
  • Assist with marketing and additional design-related projects as needed.

What We're looking for

  • 1-3 years of experience in web design or a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Sketch.
  • Strong understanding of UI / UX principles and how design impacts conversions.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present design concepts clearly.
  • Positive attitude, creativity, and attention to detail.
