Allied Position Job Notes :

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Opportunity :

CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details :

  • Perform routine CT and CTA exams (no cardiac procedures)
  • Conduct CT guided biopsies
  • Handle full range of trauma radiology, fluoroscopy, and C-Arm cases
  • Float between CT, x-ray, and fluoroscopy departments
  • Work with GE x-ray units and CT scanners (all digital radiology)
  • Utilize Cerner / PowerChart EMR and PACS Phillips Intellispace systems
  • Work in radiology department with 1 CT room, 1 trauma x-ray, 1 FL / x-ray, and 2 portable units
  • Day shift includes 1 lead technologist and 3-4 multi-modality technologists
  • Night and weekend shifts have 1 multi-modality technologist
  • Must demonstrate ability to work independently as needed while being a team player
  • Show compassion and consideration for patients and co-workers
  • Required certifications : R.T.(R)(CT)(ARRT) and BLS
  • Experience with GE equipment required
  • Prior radiology travel assignments preferred
  • Working knowledge of Cerner and Phillips PACS software applications preferred
  • Dress code : Navy blue scrubs
