SUMMARY : We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our property management team. This role will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the overall upkeep and functionality of the property, including residential units, common areas, and building systems. NO SNOW PLOWING

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Respond promptly to service requests and work orders from residents and management.
• Conduct inspections of apartments and common areas to identify and resolve issues.
• Prepare vacant units for new residents, including painting, cleaning, and minor repairs.
• Maintain grounds and common areas, including trash removal, landscaping, and snow removal as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies.
• Assist with emergency maintenance as needed, including after-hours on-call duties.
• Participate in company provided training opportunities on latest industry technologies.
