Seven Healthcare is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Registered Nurse to serve as a Risk and Compliance Manager at a respected healthcare facility in Peridot , Arizona . This full-time, permanent position plays a critical role in promoting patient safety, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement initiatives across clinical operations offering $65,000 to $90,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities

As a Risk and Compliance Manager, you will :

Lead and manage the facility's risk management and regulatory compliance programs

Monitor adherence to federal, state, and accreditation standards (e.g., CMS, Joint Commission)

Investigate and analyze incident reports, safety events, and patient complaints

Develop and implement strategies to minimize risk and improve patient outcomes

Provide education and training to staff on compliance and safety policies

Serve as the liaison for internal audits, inspections, and surveys

Maintain accurate documentation of compliance activities and corrective action plans

Collaborate with leadership to maintain a culture of safety and accountability

Qualifications

Active Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license (or compact license)

Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred

2+ years of experience in healthcare risk management, compliance, or quality improvement

Familiarity with regulatory requirements (CMS, OSHA, Joint Commission, HIPAA)

Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills

Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM) or similar credential preferred
