We are seeking a talented and experienced Technical Developer to join our Legal Operations team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about technology, problem-solving, and collaboration. The successful candidate will support and enhance existing applications, develop new solutions, and maintain integrations across systems.

This position will be onsite in Philadelphia, PA.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support and maintenance for Legal Operations applications.
• Develop new applications and enhance existing ones.
• Offer technical support to users across the organization.
• Create and maintain integrations between legal applications and other enterprise systems.
• Conduct testing and validation to ensure functionality and efficiency.
• Maintain clear and thorough documentation throughout development and implementation phases.
• Qualifications
• Experience :  5+ years in application development preferred.
• Technical Skills :
• Proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, C#).
• Experience with workflow platforms such as Onit is preferred.
• Familiarity with VBA or Liquid is a plus.
• Understanding of integration tools (e.g., DocuSign) is beneficial.
• Soft Skills :
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Effective communication and collaboration across teams.
• Creative problem-solving mindset.
• Education :  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, or equivalent experience preferred. Formal education is not required if technical skills and passion are demonstrated.
