Must-Have :

• Chest tube management
• Administration of intravenous drips such as Diltiazem, Heparin, Lasix, Insulin, and Amiodarone
• Care for post-surgical lines, tubes, and drains
• Experience with tracheostomies and laryngectomies
• Proficient in telemetry monitoring
• Management of complex wounds
• Central line care, maintenance, and blood draws
• On-call availability

Description :

This position requires a registered nurse with experience in a medical / surgical setting specializing in neuro care.

The focus is on patients with neuromuscular disorders, meningitis, and trauma.

Surgical experiences include tumor resections and spinal surgeries.

The unit also handles cases related to epilepsy, including implanted electrodes and scalp leads.

Candidates should possess skills in managing various types of drains and tubes, as well as telemetry.

Expertise in complex wound care and central line maintenance is essential.

On-call duties may be required.
