Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Senior Superintendent to join their team, with a focus on healthcare projects.
Position Overview :
The Senior Superintendent will oversee and manage the construction execution of healthcare projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. This role is primarily office-based in Columbus, with some on-site presence required to supervise field operations. The ideal candidate has extensive experience as a Superintendent, particularly in healthcare construction.
- Compensation : $120-175k+
Key Responsibilities :
Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities for healthcare projectsLead and mentor field teams, including foremen, trade partners, and subcontractorsMonitor project schedules, budgets, and quality to ensure successful deliveryOversee subcontractor performance, contracts, and compliance with safety protocolsMaintain proactive communication with clients, architects, consultants, and project stakeholdersResolve field-related issues and facilitate timely decision-makingEnsure adherence to all company safety, quality, and operational standardsQualifications :
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects, with significant healthcare experienceProven track record managing complex healthcare builds, including renovations and ground-up facilitiesStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsProficiency with construction management tools (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project)Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred but not requiredWhat the Company Offers :
