About The Position

Responsibilities :

Implement treatment plans as directed by the supervising Occupational Therapist.

Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and activities to enhance mobility and independence.

Monitor and document patient progress, reporting changes to the OT.

Educate patients and caregivers on home programs, adaptive equipment, and safety techniques.

Maintain a clean and safe therapy environment.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.

Ensure compliance with facility and state regulations.

Job Requirements

Qualifications :

Education : Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.

Licensure : Active state license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA).

Experience : 1–2 years preferred; new graduates welcome.

Skills : Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient-care skills.
