About The Position

Job Title : Surgical Technician Profession : Surgical Technician Specialty : Technician Duration : 13 weeks Shift : NOC Hours per Shift : 12 Experience : 2 years required License : Not specified Certifications : Certified BLS, CST certification required Must-Have : - 2 years of experience - Proficiency in Meditech documentation Description : This position requires a Surgical Technician with experience in Labor and Delivery. Candidates must possess a current BLS certification. The role demands a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Shift times are from 18 : 45 to 07 : 15. There is a guaranteed minimum of 36 hours per week. Weekend shifts are required every other weekend. Floating to other units may be necessary based on skill set. Experience with Meditech and documentation is essential. Top procedures include General Surgery, Obstetrics, Gynecology, Orthopedics, Robotics, ENT, and Vascular surgery. The facility is designed to accommodate advanced medical technology, enhancing patient comfort and recovery times. Certain procedures allow patients to return home or to work the same day with surgeon approval.
