ABOUT THE POSITION

VHB's is looking to hire an Environmental Engineer in its growing Site Investigation & Remediation team, the role could be based in either our Boston, MA or Providence, RI office. Responsibilities

Work in team environment managing multiple projects concurrently across varying stages of development.

• Guide, support, and mentor junior engineers on engineering designs, soil / groundwater / soil vapor remediation designs, field procedures, monitoring well installation, construction oversight, and more.
• Draft proposals, develop budgets, review invoices, and maintain clear, effective communication with clients.
• Develop comprehensive remedial plans, specifications, drawings, instructions, and cost assessments. Design remedial systems for groundwater treatment, vapor intrusion mitigation, and related challenges.
• Author, review, and QC technical documents.
• Manage time appropriately to produce high-quality products for VHB's clients.
