The Business Systems Manager will lead a team of analysts responsible for evaluating, gathering requirements, supporting, and enhancing business systems to meet organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership : Direct the work of supervisory staff, including performance monitoring and coaching.
• Stakeholder management : Cultivate relationships with stakeholders and act as the liaison with the IT department.
• Project and systems management : Oversee analysis, design, and implementation of new technology projects and support existing systems.
• Technical specifications : Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Application configuration : Oversee configuration on low?code platforms to meet business capabilities.
• Application issue management : Identify, analyze, and resolve application issues reported for support.
• Vendor coordination : Manage relationships with vendors and external service providers.

This is an at?will managerial position.
