The Business Systems Manager will lead a team of analysts responsible for evaluating, gathering requirements, supporting, and enhancing business systems to meet organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership : Direct the work of supervisory staff, including performance monitoring and coaching.
- Stakeholder management : Cultivate relationships with stakeholders and act as the liaison with the IT department.
- Project and systems management : Oversee analysis, design, and implementation of new technology projects and support existing systems.
- Technical specifications : Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Application configuration : Oversee configuration on low?code platforms to meet business capabilities.
- Application issue management : Identify, analyze, and resolve application issues reported for support.
- Vendor coordination : Manage relationships with vendors and external service providers.
This is an at?will managerial position.
Selection Requirements
Option I : 9+ years of experience in business analysis, with at least 2 years managing a major department.Option II : Associates degree in information technology, computer science, or related field, plus 7+ years of experience in business analysis, with at least 2 years of management of a major department.Option III : Bachelors degree and 5+ years of experience, with at least 2 years of management of a major department.Option IV : Masters degree and 3+ years of experience, with at least 2 years of management of a major department.For options requiring educational credentials, attach the required documentation to your application.
