Overview :

We are growing! Active Marin Physical Therapy is now hiring a Physical Therapist for an Outpatient Orthopedics position in Mill Valley, CA. Work in a sun filled clinic with 2,500 sq ft with open gym and state-of-the-art equipment including Pilates, Rogue Squat rack and Kaiser pneumatic cable system. Work with a close-knit and experienced group of 6+PTs in a fun environment and wellness-centric local community.

Full-time is preferred, up to 40 hours per week are available. Part-time candidates with a minimum of 24 hours and 3 days of availability will also be considered. PRN / Per Diem is also available.

The ideal candidate should be personable with good communication skills.

New grad Physical Therapists will be supported and mentored. Support for professional advancement through mentorship, generous continuing education allowance and in-house education opportunities.

Caseload / Patient Population :

The Physical Therapist hired will work in a dynamic outpatient orthopedic setting to treat patients of all ages for a general orthopedic caseload with some focus on sports medicine and pediatrics. Specialization opportunities are available in TMD, vestibular rehab, advanced manual techniques, sport-specific therapy, adolescent sports rehab, Pilates-based rehabilitation, and injury prevention. Full-time PTs should expect to treat 8-10 patients if working an 8 hour day. Holistic patient care is 1 : 1 with 45 minute treatment sessions. Added time for documentation is allotted.

Compensation and Benefits :

The compensation for a full-time position ranges from $95,000 to $130,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Work Schedule :

The clinic hours are : Monday-Friday 7 : 30a to 7 : 30p, Saturday 9a to 5p. The schedule is flexible based on the needs of the candidate hired.

Job Requirements :

• Eligible for CA state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• 1 year of outpatient orthopedics experience is preferred, but not required.
• New grad PTs will be supported and mentored.
• Full-time is preferred, 40 hours per week are available.
• Part-time candidates with 24 hours and 3 weekdays of availability will also be considered. PRN / Per Diem is also available.
