Our client, a leading Retail & Manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist (Windows & MAC) to join their dynamic team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be an integral part of the IT department supporting a diverse user base. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong commitment to customer service, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?
Provide comprehensive support for Windows and Mac systems, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Assist with hardware and software issues across the office environment, ensuring minimal downtime.
Collaborate with infrastructure teams to resolve technical problems efficiently and effectively.
Maintain documentation of client interactions, issues, and resolutions to ensure clear communication and knowledge sharing.
Support enterprise applications and tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, SCCM, and other productivity applications.
What's Needed?
Experience supporting both Windows (7, 10) and Mac OS environments, with a focus on troubleshooting and repair.
Knowledge of enterprise tools such as SCCM, Microsoft Entra ID, In Tune, and related deployment and management solutions.
Strong understanding of networking, internet connectivity, virus removal, and security protocols.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage client expectations effectively.
Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment supporting a large user base, ideally around 10,000 users.
