About The Position

Job Title : Cath Lab Tech

Profession : Radiology / Cardiology

Duration : 14 weeks

Shift : Day 4x10-Hour

Hours per Shift : 10 hours

Experience : Level 1 experience required; minimum of 2 years preferred

License : Must have a Rad Tech License in Kentucky through ARRT before start; pending license okay at submission

Certifications : BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS required; PALS must be obtained before the start date

Must-Have : EKG onboarding exam required

Description :

Must have a Rad Tech License in Kentucky through ARRT before start.

Pending license is acceptable at submission.

Level 1 experience is required.

Certifications for BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and PALS are mandatory.

PALS must be obtained before the start date.

An EKG onboarding exam is required.

Shifts will consist of four 10-hour shifts per week, from 07 : 00 to 17 : 30.

Call requirements include one late call per week and one call shift per week.

Additionally, one to two call weekends are required per six-week schedule.

Preferred experience with Philips Single and Bi-Plane Angiography.

Experience with Epic EHR and McKesson is required.

Local travelers within 75 miles are not accepted.

Candidates must float within the facility or to nearby affiliate facilities.

Rehire eligibility will be checked by HR regularly.

Candidates must possess specific trauma experience as detailed in the job description.

References from a charge nurse or supervisor are required at the time of submission.

Compliance requirements include a range of certifications and skillsets relevant to the position.
