About The Position

Job Title : Xray Technician

Profession : Healthcare

Shift : Monday to Friday

Hours per Shift : 8 hours (7 : 30 AM - 4 : 00 PM)

Experience : 2 years preferred or imaging experience required

License : VA license required

Certifications : BLS (must be AHA), ARRT

Must-Have :

• 2 years of experience preferred or imaging experience required
• BLS certification
• ARRT certification
• VA license

Description :

The Xray Technician will work in both inpatient and outpatient areas.

The shift is Monday through Friday from 7 : 30 AM to 4 : 00 PM.

Call responsibilities are PRN.

Holidays will be worked into the schedule.

Experience with EMR systems, specifically Epic, is required.

Equipment used includes GE and Phillips, OEC.

Scrubs will be provided if assigned to the operating room; otherwise, black scrubs are required.

There will be a one-week floor orientation.

The technician may be required to float to other nearby locations as needed.

On-call responsibilities are PRN.

Holiday scheduling will include one major holiday and one minor holiday.
