Administrative Logistics Specialist (Contract Contingent)

ProSidian Consulting seeks an Administrative Logistics Specialist to support and participate in a project supporting a Federal Government Agency Contract focusing on Financial Crimes Enforcement. The Administrative Logistics Specialist plays an integral role by effectively participating in day-to-day operations and by offering quality service and excellence in the administration provided for the ProSidian Engagement Teams services supporting the Federal Government Agency Contract.

The duties of this position include performing a broad range of advanced skills and expertise in the Federal sector : responsibilities may include but are not limited to addressing management concerns in accordance with agency policies, assisting in scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, events and other similar activities, as needed, in support of the training process and performing and tracking day-to-day training matters. The ProSidian Consulting Engagement Team Member shall provide administrative, clerical, and research support for Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) program offices. The ProSidian Consulting Engagement Team Member shall provide a broad range of general facilities administrative and logistics support functions for Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) program offices. Support shall include one or more of the following : project administration and general office support to management and executive staff; plan, document, coordinate, and execute facilities support functions; inventory and issue a wide variety of supplies and equipment; provide mail services for incoming and outgoing mail, including packaging and delivery; assist program offices in the execution of construction contracts and employee relocations; and plan and schedule transportation services. The ProSidian Consulting Engagement Team Member must be proficient in the MS Office Suite and be quick learner on various computer software applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in a related field and / or 5 or more years' work experience
• Knowledge gained from previous inventory or fulfillment management jobs is preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken for presentations
• Organized with a sharp eye for detail with ability to document using clear, concise and grammatically correct language
• Proven effective leader; ability to manage projects with both small and large work teams
• Ability to broker differences and manage conflict well
• Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing requirements
• Must be team oriented and able to communicate with a variety of people and vendors
• Ability to identify and resolve issues relating to meeting deadlines
• Familiarity with print processes for development of collateral materials

• Military Background a plus and or experience working in a Federal Government Environment
