Are you a skilled residential contractor looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity? We are seeking a talented individual or crew to join our team and work with our project manager to oversee residential renovation projects. There are an endless number of projects that will keep you busy and fed!

Pay is per job

Responsibilities :

• Complete all aspects of residential Renovation projects, from start to final completion.
• Work with the project manager on keeping project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with the project manager and inspectors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Inspect and assess the condition of properties, identifying necessary repairs and renovations.
• Complete the installation of materials, fixtures, and appliances, based on the project manager's scope of work.
• Maintain accurate project documentation.
