A company is looking for a Compliance Officer responsible for overseeing compliance and privacy programs in managed practices.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and oversee the Compliance Program and ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations
Manage compliance reporting channels and coordinate internal and external compliance audits
Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to compliance and privacy, including training programs for staff
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a clinical profession preferred
Certifications in Healthcare Compliance preferred
Minimum 8-10 years of recent related compliance experience in healthcare
Minimum 5 years of management or leadership experience
Extensive knowledge of healthcare fraud and abuse laws, HIPAA privacy rules, and OSHA compliance standards
