The Fuel Quality Control Technician ensures the safety and quality of aviation fuel by inspecting storage facilities fueling equipment and fueling processes.

WHAT ITS LIKE TO WORK AS A FUEL QUALITY CONTROL TECHNICIAN

• Conduct regular sampling and testing of aviation fuel to ensure compliance with industry standards
• Perform analysis of fuel samples for water sediment and other contaminants
• Record and report test results maintaining accurate documentation for quality assurance
• Monitor fuel storage conditions and maintain cleanliness of storage tanks
• Follow strict safety protocols during fuel handling and testing procedures
• Participate in training and certification programs to stay updated on fuel quality standards and testing methods
• Implement corrective actions based on test results and quality assessments
• Exemplify PrimeFlight customer service and safety standards
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by management
