Position Overview
The Assistant Campus Director assists with the daily activities of the iCode School. This includes successfully achieving revenue / sales objectives, establishing off-campus relationships with local schools, and participation in local events, while also assisting with people management, facility management, and operational aspects of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Build student enrollments through developing school partnerships, business promotional opportunities, telemarketing efforts, on-site and off-site events, and campus tours.
- Assist the Campus Director with day-to-day activities related to people management
- Assist the Campus Director with day-to-day activities related to facility management
- Facilitate various iCode programs and market through social media and email campaigns
- Assist with student scheduling and instructor scheduling
- Assist with ensuring proper class facilitation and proper classroom maintenance
- Ensure the campus is maintained to the highest standards on a daily basis
- Responsible for inventory management of facility supplies
- Perform administrative duties as assigned
- Operate the various iCode systems as they pertain to customer management
Work Schedule
Initially part-time position with the potential to grow into a full-time position.Must be flexible to work shifts during mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends as needed.Requirements
