HR Coordinator

The HR Coordinator serves as a key member of the Human Resources team, supporting a broad range of administrative and functional areas including onboarding, benefits administration, HR compliance, employee records management, attendance tracking, and employee engagement. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, service-driven individual with a strong foundation in HR processes and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced aviation training environment.

HR Administration & Employee Lifecycle Support

• Coordinate and facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire paperwork, background checks, and exit interviews.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in both physical and digital HRIS systems, ensuring confidentiality and legal compliance.
• Draft employee communications, letters, and announcements; support HR memo distribution and reporting.
• Track employee anniversaries, certifications, and compliance deadlines (e.g., I-9, EEO reporting, FAA / TSA documentation).
