Job descriptionPrior experience in stocking or a similar role is preferred but not required. Must possess strong physical endurance to lift heavy items and remain active throughout shifts. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills. Must be reliable and punctual. High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Job Summary : Night Merchandise Organizers are essential team members who manage stock and merchandise tasks during off-peak hours, catering to individuals who thrive in less customer-facing roles. Join us to contribute to an organized shopping environment while working independently!
Responsibilities :
- Efficiently receive, unload, and sort products upon delivery.
- Restock shelves with precision, ensuring items are neatly arranged and meet safety standards.
- Conduct inventory checks, upholding quality control for audits.
- Keep aisles, end caps, and displays clean and organized for an appealing store presentation.
- Assist in implementing store layout changes by repositioning shelving and setting up displays.
- Communicate any discrepancies, damages, or other issues regarding merchandise to management.
