Key Responsibilities :

Advanced Diagnostics & Repair :

Utilize in-depth technical knowledge to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex systems and equipment in a timely and efficient manner.

• Customer Engagement :

Provide expert support and clear communication to clients, ensuring a positive service experience from initial contact through to resolution.

Conduct scheduled maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal equipment performance and longevity.

Mentor and support junior technicians, sharing expertise and best practices to enhance team performance and knowledge.

Maintain accurate service records, document repair processes, and provide detailed reports on service outcomes and recommendations for improvement.

Stay current with industry advancements and participate in ongoing training to refine skills and incorporate new technologies into service practices.

Qualifications :

Extensive Technical Experience :

Demonstrated background in advanced troubleshooting and repair of sophisticated systems, preferably in an industrial, commercial, or specialized technical setting.

Experience guiding or mentoring technical teams, with a focus on fostering a collaborative work environment and driving operational excellence.

Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic data to determine effective solutions quickly.

Excellent interpersonal skills with a track record of providing outstanding service and support to clients.

Relevant technical certifications and a commitment to continued professional development. Advanced industry-specific training is highly desirable.
